Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled through the Stripe Billing Portal. Canceling stops the next renewal. Paid access remains active through the current billing period unless otherwise stated. We do not automatically issue partial monthly refunds.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be canceled through the Stripe Billing Portal. Canceling stops the next annual renewal. Paid access remains active through the paid annual term. Annual plans are discounted in exchange for a longer commitment, so prorated refunds are not automatic.
Discretionary refunds
Refund requests may be reviewed case by case, especially for accidental purchases or onboarding issues reported promptly. Contact support with your account email and invoice information.
Ion Cell top-ups
Purchased Ion Cell top-ups are added to the account balance and do not expire under the current billing design. Top-up purchases are generally non-refundable once credited, except where required by law or approved by support.
Disputes and chargebacks
Payment disputes may cause the account to be placed under billing review. Paid automations and auto-billing features may be paused while the issue is reviewed. User data is not automatically deleted because of a dispute.
