1. Overview

Seotron is a mission-based SEO software service that helps users analyze website signals, plan SEO actions, generate drafts, and organize optimization workflows.

2. No guarantee of SEO outcomes

Seotron provides best-effort software, recommendations, and generated outputs. Search rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, indexing speed, and visibility outcomes are not guaranteed.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, publishing, and monitoring any content, metadata, schema, links, or recommendations before using them on your website.

4. Accounts, billing, and Ion Cells

Paid subscriptions and Ion Cell purchases are processed through Stripe. Monthly plan Cells refresh each billing cycle. Purchased top-up Cells do not expire under the current billing design.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Seotron for unlawful activity, deceptive content, unauthorized access, abuse of third-party systems, or actions that violate applicable platform rules or laws.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Seotron after updates means you accept the revised terms.
